I found my appointment with Mr Jerome Lim extremely reassuring. He had an excellent patient/doctor manner and was friendly at the same time as being very knowledgeable and instructive.
He explained everything in terms I could understand and gave me hope for the future. He made me feel that I was important and that my complaint was worth investigating.
