Mr Reynolds knew all about my history and was very good at explaining the procedure I was to have and made sure I understood what was going to happen. I know consultation times are short because of the number of patients they have to see but I felt Mr Reynolds cared that I understood everything, which is not an impression I have had with other doctors I have seen. When it came to the procedure I felt confident I was in good hands and I was right as Mr Reynolds did a great job. Thank you.
