I had an appointment with Mr Mouguo back in October 2021. I found Mr Mougou to be very very pleasant and very understand. I would recommend him to any one he's Brilliant.

Had a consultation with Mr Mougou and found him to be very friendly and approachable. He explained everything with regard to my condition and answered all questions that I asked.

I found him to be totally ignorant to me being hearing impaired he has no deaf awareness i tried asking him questions he kept talking above me (not that i could understand what was being said with me being HOH=hard of hearing) , I wanted to ask him to repeat quite a few times but felt i was annoying him in the end i just went along and replied yes/no whatever the question was ok some might have been my fault but all the same i expect what anyone else would expect a professional , I know my body more than anyone else just wish these dr's would actually listen to what's being said and work as a team I'm in pain constantly but seems this doesn't matter but hey it's me that's got to suffer . I was hoping to have someone that was going to sit and take their time to listen to me as I'm not great at explaining things with strangers and work out what the problem is after all there wasn't anyone else waiting but felt rushed anyway . I might have well not being there and as for the report well.... that's a different story that was definitely about someone else .

I felt he listened and fully explained everything. The other comments on here i find hard to believe. Very trusting and understanding. Felt he was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. Top consultant and would happily see him again!

His manner was unprofessional, rude and uncommunicative and whose only interest was to be argumentative and v.unpleasant. Was critical of the Physio who had referred me and behaved like I'd just walked in off the Street with no appointment. When I'd asked a single question regarding a report his answer was "it's not my job to explain to you" with the emphasis on "you" He did mention an injection, but pointed and named a different area. I had no faith in this consultant
