I am a Vascular and General Surgery Consultant based at Kent and Canterbury Hospital. I qualified from University of Colombo and did postgraduate training in Oxford, London and the Southeast. I completed my D.Phil.(Oxon) at the Nuffield Department of Surgery in 2000 and Higher Surgical Training in the KSS Deanery leading to FRCS (General Surgery) and CCT in 2007. I have been a Consultant at Kent and Canterbury Hospital since 2007 and my special interests are Varicose Veins, Hernia repair and Lumps and Bumps in my private practice whilst in the NHS in addition, I undertake major Vascular surgery including Aneurysm repair (Open and Endovascular), Carotid endarterectomy, By-pass for PVD, Vascular Access Surgery.
