This man is a genius.My car rolled over me, crushing my pelvis. Lots of bits! He put some nice long screws into my pelvis, and I am now jogging, bending and working normally. The recovery time was up to me, as they sent me to a hospital where the physios were useless. But I will never forget the day Mr Daurka said "OK. I want you to stand up now!" I never dreamed I would be back to this fitness!

This guy is a Wizard! He put my hip back together in January of this year after i suffered a broken Acetabular from a motorcycle accident. Nearly 6 months post-op now and even though i still need a walking stick(not for much longer hopefully) there's light at the end of the tunnel. Mr Daurka had to put me back together! 9 pieces in total! He has a Great bedside manner and is ever the professional. To be honest all the care that i received from St Mary's was outstanding! - What a hospital!

Dr.Daurka made me feel at ease right from the start. He explained the procedure from start to finish and on the Day of my operation came to see me twice and the following Days until my discharge. I have recently been to see him for my final check, and again he was very considerate. He was interested in how I coped with the recovery period to date. After a final X ray I was told that I was free to leave and that he would like to see me in 6 months time. That's what I call patient care............
