Dr Thiruchelvam was a consultant I met with during the covid period, he treated me for a jaw bone tumour (benign thankfully!) The level of care and understanding he had provided during this scary situation was beyond what I could imagine. He was always so friendly and welcoming. He has always remained professional and was so informative of my procedure throughout the process from initial consultation to even my follow ups now. As someone who is usually scared of hospitals and procedures he helped me feel at ease at all times whilst being transparent in all his advice. I completely recommend him and could not thank him enough for his hard work.

Mr Thiru is an active colleague who inspires great confidence in both patients and staff. He is a very caring surgeon who is not only technically brilliant, but also very easy going. Consistently works into the night ensuring that he removes every trace of cancer from his patients without complaining. Also a great teacher who includes his junior staff in surgery to train the surgeons of tomorrow. I cannot recommend Mr Thiru enough, a true asset to the NHS.

Dr T and his staff at the Spire Roding were 1st class, I was very nervous about having a lower double wisdom extraction. He was very honest and professional and genuinely cares about his patients and warned me of all the risks and did not pressurise me to make any decision that I was not happy with. If anyone has any doubts do not doubt Mr T I cannot praise him enough, the operation was a success and he followed up with a phone call to see how I was doing which was nice of him. I had a full on facial fall which impacted on my front upper teeth causing half to sit back so to speak and one tooth pushed inside the gum. My front teeth had pieced my bottom lip which had also split 3 ways. I have to say Mr T did a marvellous job of fixing these problems and I also had to go back for a second op on my lip which had severe scar tissue and again a great job had been done. I have to say his Secretary Jan and all the team were amazing. I must admit considering I am not the best of patients or client they all responded with a high standard of care and understanding and really put me at ease with jokes and laughter. Thank you so much to all the staff a great job thank you it's much appreciated. Bless you all.
