Mr Heal gave me 100% attention and listened to my questions and answered them succinctly and carefully. He told me precisely what was required and how he would achieve it. He inspired confidence so that I trusted him that the operation was necessary and would meet my needs. This was important because I wasn't expecting the outcome of my consultation to be a suggested hip replacement. I had high hopes for the procedure and after surgery I followed all the advice and did my physio exercises. My operation and recovery went perfectly and I recovered full use of my hip within 3 months. My new hip feels like it always belonged to me. I am grateful for the skill and knowledge of this surgeon and would certainly return to him for further treatment if necessary.
