Our daughter was referred to Mr Haeney for corrective plastic surgery on her ear. He is caring, kind, conscientious and thoroughly professional. Mr Haeney explained everything fully to all of us. We never felt pressured or rushed into making any decisions. Across all stages of the process (consultation, operation and post-op) Mr Haeney was extremely attentive to our daughter and always keen to answer any questions we had. We felt safe putting our daughter's care into his very capable hands and we are so pleased that she was referred to him. I really can not thank him and his team enough. In our 7 year old's own words: "He is a nice man who looks very carefully about what he is doing".

Mr Haeney has operated on my young daughter twice now and has been fantastic. He really takes the time to make sure you all understand everything and are comfortable, he listens and ensures you feel that you can ask any questions you need to. He has a lovely way with children and is very patient being covered in stickers and having his heart rate taken whilst trying to complete the paperwork which made my daughter very comfortable with him. I feel that he is very thorough with his care and the results of the operations have been excellent. I would recommend him without reservation.

I saw Mr Haeney at the cosmetic clinic at Spire Hull for a consultation. I was slightly nervous beforehand. I need not have worried. Mr Haeney showed great kindness and compassion. He listened to me and fully explained things so I understood. I felt totally at ease during the consultation and was tret with dignity during the examination. I would totally recommend him to anyone. He explained things clearly and put me at my ease immediately with his down-to-earth, warm and genuine manner and took the utmost care at every point to ensure my experiences were as positive as possible. Mr Haeney Looked after my son after he suffered an accident resulting in varying degree burns to his neck and body when he was 16 months old , my son was in his care for a number of years after this .I cannot fault Mr Haeneys care , he made a horrific time for both me and my son bearable. He made a scary time for a little boy more comfortable . From examinations to him having operations , he reassured me all the way . I cannot express how grateful i am for treating us both with such care and understanding. He made the most traumatic time of our lives manageable and i cannot thank him enough . absolutely fantastic
