Mr. Gibbs gives a clear considered opinion in a friendly relaxed manner. He takes all the time necessary to answer questions accurately and concisely and with great clarity. He replaced my hip three years ago and the result has been outstanding. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dr J Gibbs changed my life, he is simply amazing! Extremely intelligent, friendly, clear, and professional. At the Pre operation meetings I was left speechless as he covered everything that will happen and that could possibly happen. Honestly, I could not have found a better doctor to preform my surgery. Mid of June I had my hip resurfaced due to wear and tear, two months later and I still cannot believe how active I am without any pain whatsoever not to mention the a very quick and easy recovery. Dr James Gibbs is God sent and that’s the only explanation, cannot recommend him enough! by far the best decision I have made!

I had a total hip replacement with Mr Gibbs. He provided an excellent standard of care. His warm & caring approach enabled me to feel reassured & calm about the operation. A few days after the operation I was able to walk without walking aids & I have had not had any problems with my recovery. It feels amazing to be pain free, be mobile again & have my life back!

When I went to see Mr Gibbs I was fully expecting to be given steroid jabs but no, after MRI scans I was told I needed a hip replacement which surprised me! I was shown the scans and Mr Gibbs explained them to me and why I needed the operation and how it would be done and I felt reassured and confident that I was in good hands. The operation took place a few weeks later with Mr Gibbs coming to see me before, reassuring a nervous me and afterwards to say how well the op had gone and see how I was and amswering any questions. I'm healing very well and all the way through I have found Mr Gibbs to be professional, friendly, reassuring and informative. Should I eventually need my other hip operated on I shall come back to see him.
