Mr Fairley was excellent. He listened to what I had to say, he was sympathetic and not at all dismissive. He explained everything he was doing in terms that were easy to understand and tried to help me as much as possible. He was approachable, helpful, humourous and concerned. I felt that if I had received this kind of response much earlier in my condition, I would have felt much better about it and less stressed. He is as I would expect a specialist to be - knowledgable, helpful, concerned and kind.
