Mr Fairley treated my 4 year old daughter Orla this morning at KIMS in Maidstone. She had to have microsuction performed to clear excess ear wax.
He let her play with the equipment to calm her down and put her at ease. The wax was quickly vacuumed out.
Mr Fairley also diagnosed my daughter with glue ear. He was quick to put our minds at ease that would not recommend grommits and that it was likely to clear up on its own.
My daughter actually enjoyed her visit today.
I cannot thank you enough Mr Fairley!
