We have seen many ENT specialists regarding my son's ear and I can honestly say that Dr Fairley was outstanding and ranks amongst the best. He is very understanding, professional and meticulous in his approach. He has a reassuring manner and presents a number of remedial options as well as pros and cons with each. Moreover, I was hugely impressed with Mrs Fairley's note taking as they were delivered by hand the next day to our GP and I believe the notes were already typed up before we left our appointment.
