I was recently diagnosed with papillary gland carcinoma on the thyroid and around the lymph node region on the left side of my neck. Mr Crinnion and his team were absolutely incredible, especially considering that they were dealing with this during a pandemic. Mr Crinnion listened to all of my concerns and has contacted me throughout the waiting period for surgery to listen to any queries/worries. He explained everything in detail, and kept me at ease when describing everything he intended to do. He was also sensitive to keeping my family in the loop, and even made me feel a lot calmer right before the actual surgery. Not only has he saved my voice but he has saved my quality of life with his efficiency and attention to detail. He has honestly saved my life and helped me so much on my cancer journey already. I had the pleasure of meeting this Surgeon on 2 occasions for neck surgery. Most recently in April 2019, as before very kind caring and thorough. Explains all the pros and cons accordingly. I was disappointed not to have seen him post surgery, however, I was well cared for by one of his team especially Nathalie who informed me she had assisted in the operation and was also an asset to the ENT team. Overall excellent medical care from start to finish.
