Mr James Carmichael treated me for both big toes with, what at least felt for me as, quite bad arthritis. Initially I opted for steroid injections, which worked for 6 or so months, I opted for a further round of injections as I couldn’t get the time I needed out of work. Laterly, James fused both my major toe joints (bilateral MTPT). From the beginning James was professional, friendly and very clear in explaining the options versus potential outcomes.
