I contacted the hospital as I needed laser treatment on both eyes and received the treatment within a week. I found Mr Chawla to be very professional he explained everything and answered all my questions.
My thanks to Mr Chawla and his friendly nurse Jenny.

I have got to say Mr. Chawla was so kind and professional. I needed an eyelid correction done, which I had been putting off for many months, as I was really not keen on an operation so near my eye.
Mr. Chawla and his nurse Jenny were fantastic. The operation really was painless and I am so happy with the result.
If I have any more problems with my eyes I will not hesitate to go back to him.

Once again when I needed some reassurance and prompt treatment for an eye condition, Mr Chawla and his lovely assistant Jenny (ably supported on all the admin by the very efficient Pip) provided a caring and very well explained service regarding my treatment.
This was the second time I had used Mr Chawla (the first being a couple of years ago for a surgical procedure to repair a blocked tear duct), and on both occasions I had complete confidence in him and his team to help with my medical requirements.
I’d have no hesitation in recommending Mr Chawla at all - ever!

I had a mole removed from my lower eyelid.dr Chawla was very professional and kind he put me at ease at all times along with Jenny his nurse.I’m very pleased with the result would highly recommend.

Mr Chawla was a very pleasant man who listened to what I had to say, and was very knowledgeable because I didn't know who could remove a cyst in the corner of my eye. He did an amazing job! There was no scar! as Mr Chawla used a laser which is a new up to date percedure! I would highly recommend this man.

Mr J S Chawla is an experienced consultant eye surgeon specialising in Lens replacement surgery, multifocal, toric and piggyback lens implants, and complex cataract surgery. He has extensive experience in Oculoplastic surgery including correction of malposition of eyelids,ptosis, blepharoplasty, brow lift, removal of lesions around eyes with radio-frequency surgery, blocked tear ducts and botulinum toxin therapy for hemifacial spasm and blepharospasm.
Other areas of expertise include Glaucoma management, treatment of dry eyes, blepharitis and Argon and Yag laser procedures.
