Atrocious service. Arrived an hour and a half late for initial consultation, then he cancels the surgery at the last second on surgery day! I was literally on the doorstep of the clinic and had to call the women who referred me only for her to tell me he's cancelled, didn't even bother to call or email me himself to tell me he is cancelling. Complete waste of time and money, not to mention using up all my holiday from work for recovery time that I no longer need. Please take my advice, save your time and money, avoid this man and go elsewhere.

Please do not employ Mr Gwanmesia to perform your surgery. I found him not to listen and his skills do not reflect what one would expect from a harley street surgeon. Complete waste of my money and more importantly, damaged my confidence. He is not a confident surgeon but he will talk the talk. You can get an appointment with him within a day or two. No demand for his service. Someone has suggested his positive reviews are fake, well that really would not surprise me at all

I cannot express the gratitude I feel for Dr Ivo who has been an outstanding doctor before and after my procedure, which included a neck and eye lift. If anyone reads this please please consult Dr Ivo whom I address as 'God'. In fact my last consultation with him is in August 2019and I am really going to miss seeing him. Have absolutely no doubts or worries about your cosmetic surgery, he really really is the BEST.

Hello, just thought I would comment on here because I have read this over past few weeks and it terrified me! Despite this I decided to go ahead and have rhinoplasty with Mr Ivo Gwanmesia last Wednesday 10th June 2015. I had my cast removed today, and I am thrilled and have nothing but positive things to say about him and the Harley medical group! He has been fantastic and showed me before and after photos before my surgery. I have also allowed him to use my own photos for the future. I had a realistic expectation and asked for changes of my own nose. Not showing him Kim Ks nose and saying I wanna look like her and for me he has gone above what I expected. I think everyone varies in how they feel with results but I am truely happy. I had a drooping tip and a bump from the side which he has now curved inwards and lifted the tip up, I had limited post op pain and managed on paracetamol. I did have complications as my septum broke during the surgery so I was under for 4 hours instead of two whilst he repaired that also and was completely honest. As with any surgery there are always risks and he said this has never happened to him before I was just unlucky, however it has not affected my results I was just extremely bruised and swollen to the point on day 4 I could hardly see! Nevertheless I am so so happy with my results. I'm sad others aren't as happy but I thought I would just comment from a different perspective for others reading this and considering having him as their surgeon I would 100% recommend. He is also a facial crano specialist and I believe there is only 12 in the UK at the moment. Good luck everyone
