I have recently undergone a surgery procedure to remove mandibular tori. Having met Mr Prabhu at the consultation I was immediately put at ease. Mr Prabhu and team have kept me informed throughout the process as to the actions to be completed and by when. Following the procedure I'm very pleased to say that the surgery has been a complete success and proceeding was clearly the best decision. I am totally satisfied with the outcome, and can only recommend Mr Prabhu and his team for helping me.

Mr Prabhu was welcoming from the first consultation through to the day I had my stitches removed post surgery. He explained my procedure in detail and all conversations were very calm and gentle The operation went smoothly and with a great result. I would highly recommend Mr Prabhu

Mr Prabhu has a gentle, calm and kind manner which immediately put me at my ease. He took care to explain my situation and gave me ample time to ask questions, then took his time to answer them. He was honest about the potential risks of my surgery and allowed me to make my own mind up about going ahead without pressure. I felt that Mr Prabhu saw me and treated me as an individual, recognising my particular needs and making time and space to accommodate them. There was a problem with the hospital building on the day of my surgery and my surgery had to be rearranged. Mr Prabhu went out of his way to make sure that the rescheduled surgery happened quickly, inconveniencing himself in the process. The surgery itself went well and I am now well on the way to full recovery. I have had some very negative experiences with doctors and so I am generally wary in medical situations. But, every step of the way, I felt that Mr Prabhu was on my side. I would recommend him 100%.

I can’t fault Mr Prabhu. He explained why he thought the procedure was needed. He explained what to expect well, and he gave good advice for post surgery recovery. He was calm and reassuring throughout and the whole experience was straight forward and successful.

Very thorough review and advice on a cheek injury which fully reassured me and put me at ease on what to expect and steps I can take to fully recover.
