A very careful and talented surgeon who wants perfection! He has given me two amazing knees which have given me back my life!! When I had my post op X-ray after the first knee replacement, the radiographer was amazed at what he had done when she looked at the pre op X-ray. One issue pre op was that he isn’t happy to operate if you are overweight - and I am. However the results have been amazing and I am now (just 3 months post op) so active, I am losing weight quickly. I must also say that the anaesthetist was amazing and persevered when a spinal anaesthetic was looking unlikely, and the theatre staff and ward nurses were second to none.
