Mr Bloom is a pleasant, calm, pragmatic and communicative man. I have observed him in action and he works well with his team and seems well regarded by them. The processes that are in place are of good quality and this must help him and his staff to work in an efficient way so that they can get the job done. The team has to be good to get a good result but you must have a good team leader. I think that Mr Bloom does a very good job.
