After a serious fall, which resulted in tearing ligaments from the bones in my shoulder joint, Mr Ian Bayley re-constructed the entire area, spending a lot of thought, time and consideration in an effort to achieve the best outcome. His exemplary surgery gave me back almost full use of my arm for which I have been truly grateful. Not only is he a more than excellent surgeon, he is a good listener; he is kind and thoughtful and has an amazing way to make patients feel that they are in extremely safe hands, which I can guarantee that they are. He also has a wonderful smile, which helped to give me huge confidence in my forthcoming surgery. His very lovely secretary, Jay is also a patient and kind person who is incredibly efficient. What a team!!! They both have my full recommendation.

Ten years ago mr bailey operated on my shoulder to repair txo ruptured tendons.i cannot find words to explain how remarcable mr bailey is .i still think of him and thank him for how he gave me back the my use of shoulder.A true gentleman and expert in his field.I have never left a review about anything or anyone ever ....thats how amazing he is

Absolutely brilliant consultant. Always listens to issues and deals with efficiently and effectively. Willing to go the extra mile to help a patient in all areas. I have seen him for a number of years and would highly recommend him. He is a knowledgeable surgeon and has a wonderful bedside manner, being easy to speak to and deal with. I have had numerous procedures with him and my stay was made easy, operation clearly explained, aftercare planned, and never kept there longer than was necessary. His private secretary is a star too and always willing to sort issues and help you. Overall a great team and for shoulders I wouldn't recommend anyone else!
