11th April 2024

After 18months of not being able to find out what was causing my issues, within 2mins Iain had a suspected diagnosis. From the outset Iain was warm, friendly and seemed genuinely interested in my symptoms and the impact it was having to my day to day life. He explained things very clearly and suggested a way forward. I felt quite emotional after my consultation, 18 months of inconclusive testing and being rejected by NHS referrals - I finally feel I am on a path to having the diagnosis and treatment to help me get back to leading a normal life.

He’s really clear and explains everything so well that I can understand now how my ears work and what the issue is. Dr Nixon it's very knowledgeable and he explored my medical history to help with investigating what is wrong with my ear. Lovely and personable, I left feeling like I knew what to expect next and that no stone had been left unturned.
