I’m feeling very let down by the service I have received! I was provisionally booked in for breast implants for June, paid deposit and was told if I didn’t hear anything all was good to go a head! I emailed last week to see when I was next seeing Mr Tuffaha for the final decisions on sizes etc… only to receive an email back to explain how unfortunately June isn’t looking as if it’s going a head now, I feel like this is very unprofessional and very disappointing, I explained I had already booked myself from work and therefore would like a refund which they agreed! I also asked for a refund of my consultation fee due to Mr tuffaha canceling my procedure only to be told he would give me half back as ‘good will’ which again I do not feel is very fair but I accepted due to the stress this has caused me, I was then told Mr Tuffaha believes he can go ahead with my surgery in June after I had already booked work in after being told it wasn’t going ahead! ( I work for myself) I feel the communication with updates has been very disappointing and trying to call up to actually speak with someone has been absolutely hell and I was constantly told we will tell so and so to call you back which I haven’t once received a phone call from the clinic, only via email which has taken its time. From my personal experience I feel this is very poor how I was update and I am very discouraged.

10 days post op, v happy with results. I had tuberous breast and they look better than expected. Mr T a great surgeon, quite non chalant in his demeanour, no upselling or showiness, just great skills and tells you as it is. Surgery @ 2pm home in bed by 8pm! Highly recommended!

I am two weeks post op from my breast reduction and I am so pleased with the results. My recovery was much easier than I expected. Dr Tuffaha is an amazing surgeon and so easy to talk too, he listened to what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable and confident at every stage. My initial enquiry phone call was with Katie who was lovely and able to answer all my questions. I had further communications with another Katie who was also very helpful. Everyone in Dr Tuffaha's team are very professional and caring. On the day of my surgery the hospital staff were also amazing especially Ali who looked after me so well at the two follow up clinic appointments to check all was ok. My only regret is that I have wanted this operation for many years but kept putting it off, however if I had known how amazing Dr Tuffaha is I would have done this years ago. He has changed my life and I cant thank him enough.

Mr Tuffaha was absolutely fantastic from my very first contact until the very last. He made my whole experience so much easier by listening to what I wanted, my expectations and by being extremely honest about what the end result would look like. I have a complex medical history and he took everything into account and made me feel totally at ease and a lot more able to cope with everything. In fact, the whole of his team were wonderful. I can’t recommend Mr Tuffaha enough.

I am 11 days post breast augmentation (over the muscle) and I am extremely happy with the results. Dr Tuffaha listened to exactly the look I wanted, and he delivered exactly that, a natural look that was in proportion with my frame. I was nervous on the day because it was my first ever surgery but the whole theatre team and ward staff were really lovely and I was very well looked after and reassured that I would be fine the whole time. I 100% recommend this surgeon to anyone considering breast augmentation. My recovery is going really well, with very minimal discomfort, my scars are barely visible.

I decided after 18 years of breast implants I no longer wanted them in my body or to have to worry about needing future replacements. Two pregnancies and age had taken their toll on them and they had become saggier, unsymmetrical and the areoles much larger and different sizes. The idea was very daunting as I was unsure how I would look after as when I had the implants put in at age 20 I was very flat chested. Mr Tuffaha exceeded my expectations of what was possible in my situation and I am very pleased with the results. I had implant removal, uplift and fat transfer resulting in a modest symmetrical perky bust. It is amazing what he has achieved and I am very grateful for his work. The whole assisting team were wonderful, kind and really helped support me through the process. The recovery has been amazing, minimal pain and wounds are healing nicely. Thank you to everyone who made this possible I am forever thankful

I’m 10 days post op from a breast reduction with Mr Tuffaha and my experience has been brilliant! From the initial booking with Katie to the post op care appointments with Lily I’ve been very well looked after. Jean was my nurse on the day of surgery and he was also wonderful! I’ve wanted this surgery for 16 years and was extremely nervous about the post op pain but I can honestly say it was painless throughout, slight discomfort and soreness after but no pain which I was blown away by! I stopped taking pain meds on day 3. The process has been straightforward and I’m so glad I’ve finally had it done. If I were to do it again or recommend anyone I would certainly recommend Mr Tuffaha! I have full trust in his ability as a breast surgeon, you are in good hands with Mr Tuffaha and his team!

I felt very comfortable with Dr Tuffaha. He is extremely confident and is an expert in the job that he does. He was very honest and gave me options and explained every thing in detail that I needed to know. He is the best consultant that I have ever had. Right from the start and the after care , I felt very safe and I knew that I was in good care. All the staff were amazing. Constantly asking me if I knew what surgery I was going to have and had every thing been explained me. At any time I knew that I could ask a question if I needed too. Thank you Dr Tuffaha and staff.
