I had an initial video consultation with Mr Khan on 23.08.2020 to discuss surgery options. I had previously had a video consultation with a surgeon from elsewhere , he didn’t seem interested. Mr Khan was informative , reassuring and actually appeared interested rather than typing on a screen. He showed me examples of similar work completed and the results , he drew on my photos to demonstrate how things would change following surgery and what the surgery would comprise of. He advised me the next stage of the process arranging a face to face consultation and I have already received my appointment. Faultless and reliable so far with great knowledge and people skills .
