Seven years ago I was treated by this kind and caring man due to a large cyst requiring me to have a full hysterectomy. The thoughtful care I received from Hooman and the team at the Churchill Hospital was so kind and personal - I felt immediate trust in him, I was supported and cared for by the team with consideration and skill, and to this day, I still think of him and the team who made a very difficult situation so much easier to deal with. I am so grateful for the very special care I received, both from Hooman as an individual treating me with quiet and gentle compassion, and the wider team in the department who looked after me so well. The impact that Hooman and the team had on my life isn't forgotten - and I am so delighted that Hooman is still practicing and also passing on his skills and knowledge to others. I hope they can emulate his caring approach when dealing with their own patients, as it really does make such a difference. I feel lucky to have received such special care from Hooman and the team.

If there were a 6 star option, that would be my choice! I feel so blessed to have had Mr Soleymani as my consultant. My words echo what everyone else has already penned in their reviews. He really is the most kindest, caring, thorough and empathetic doctor. I couldn’t have had a better doctor. I thank him and Zoe (his personal secretary) for taking care of me. Dr. Soleymani is exceptional; his extensive experience, profound knowledge, and distinguished reputation set him apart. Beyond his impressive and professional excellence, he is an incredible human being, the most empathetic, kind, and considerate doctor I have ever met. When I came to see him, I was scared, fearful, and extremely anxious about all I had been going through for months, but he treated me with so much care, deep respect for my concerns, and meticulous attention to detail. I am profoundly thankful to have such an outstanding and caring doctor accompanying me on my health journey and through stressful times for me. I was referred to Mr Soleymanimajd from Professor Sean Kehoe after he had discovered that I needed very complex surgery due to having cysts on my ovaries and extensive adhesions from previous surgeries many years ago. From the start he explained everything in a calm and reassuring way and said they need to plan the surgery carefully to ensure all the relevant people were there to assist as and when required. I cannot thank Mr Soleymanimajd and his team, and Mr Symons and his team enough for doing such a fantastic job considering the complexities they faced in giving me the best result possible.

Mr Soleymani was recommended by my oncologist after I experienced intense gynaecological pain which subsequently showed as a suspect ovarian lesion on scans. Having had breast cancer in the past a recurrence was obviously a concern. Mr Soleymani's approach was sensitive, honest and reassuring- he has a way of instilling trust immediately and I felt well-informed and guided throughout my 2 surgeries. Risks and benefits were described and assessed and I had complete confidence in his surgical skills and his choice of colleagues- from Zoe his lovely secretary, to the anaesthetist and radiologists who interpreted my scans. Fortunately my suspected ovarian cancer actually turned out to be benign but I couldn't have felt in safer hands had the outcome been less positive. And 4 months after my total hysterectomy, oopherectomy and removal of extensive adhesions, my scars have healed and I am just about back to full activity, with that particular health blip now firmly in the past.
