Years after receiving my diagnosis of a life changing condition, Mr Rahman is the first consultant who has listened, cared and insisted on a positive treatment plan forward. There really is something that can be done! He discussed everything making sure that I understood the options (no matter how upsetting) and made sure I was part of the plan. It clearly seemed to matter to him that my treatment and symptoms showing up clearly on the scans had been ignored for so long.
