After meeting Himanshu back in 2018 after trying to conceive for 2 years (recommended by our GP) he diagnosed me with PCOS. He suggested I take inofolic & try clomid which was successful but sadly ended in MMC. Second choice of treatment was mild ivf with Create Fertility which finally worked on our first go! We currently have a 3 & a half year old daughter because of Himanshu’s guidance. We are back to see him for baby number 2. We cannot thank him enough.
Took time to ensure I unerstood my medical condition and the options available to me plus current legal limitations and NHS qualification terms. Personally checked my progress at the point of surgery and at follow up. He has been very flexible and patient and has a lovely 'bedside' manner. I feel as though I am in safe hands.
Dr Borase performed my open myomectomy in April 21, which has allowed me to welcome a baby girl through IVF. Without him, I know it would not have been possible.
My husband and I are extremely grateful for his advice to freeze embryos prior to surgery and then commence our IVF journey. We welcomed a baby girl 5 months later after one round of IVF. We owe it all to him!! Thank you!!!
We were referred to Dr Borase on the NHS after a year and half of trying to conceive. He diagnosed that I had PCOS and later on Endometriosis following a Laparoscopy. Had he not found this we could’ve spent years trying without success.
He was very understanding and explored every option with us both through the NHS and where required privately to speed up the process. He was keen to explore the least invasive measures first. Consequently, I was recommended infolic to help my PCOS (which also calmed my anxiety), removal of my Endometriosis and Letrozole to conceive. Unfortunately the latter didn’t work and he quickly put us forward for IVF which we received on the NHS within 2/3months of the referral.
We were lucky and after one round we got pregnant and just welcomed our baby girl. None of this would’ve been possible without Dr Borase’s assistance. Thank you for helping us realise our dream.
I was very fortunate to meet Mr Borase in 2017 at Watford General Hospital for investigations for infertility. From the onset, it was clear that he has a lot of passion and expertise in he job. He is warm, kind and caring and has the ability to connect with his patients to make them feel like they are his one and only patient!.
Having confirmed that I have PCOS (which I already knew), unsuccess with Clomid, inofolic and ovarian drilling, he had honestly advised me that IVF would be the next likely chance for me to get pregnant. After 2 private rounds of failed IVF under a different clinic and Obstetrician, in 2019, we went private with Mr Borase for our 3rd round. In 2020, I had a beautiful, healthy baby boy. I am due to give birth again next month to my second baby, this time not fertility treatment was needed.
I am very grateful to have meet Mr Borase during this tough and stressful part of my life.
