Mr Lee has a brilliant, gentle bedside' manner. He kept things simple, explained the procedure and listened to my concerns. Very patient-centred and caring. Rather unexpectedly he also undertook my routine procedure. I had expected one of his team.Outcome great. Thanks Mr Lee. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Mr Lee had a brilliant 'bedside manner'. Attentive, sympathetic and didn't use jargon. He was clear and reassuring in describing the treatment I needed and what it would be like. I felt in very safe hands.
