Seeing a doctor for an intimate examination is never easy but Dr. Rai did everything he could to put me at ease. He explained the treatment plan very clearly and I left with all the information I needed and my dignity intact. An absolutely lovely man.

I've seen Mr Harnek Rai today and other appointments and he's a lovely person to speak too and makes you feel confidant that you are in good hands.I appreciate the NHS and it's work and caring staff give to lots of people and where can you get service free that saves so many life's. I'll be having a operation next 2/3 months and Mr Harnek Rai as made me not feel scared because of his confidance and explaining everything.

Mr Harnek Rai is a really lovely person and explains and you can speak to him and he listens to you, I felt relaxed in his clinic and knowing that when I have a operation I'll be relaxed and in good hands. He is there to help you with your health problems don't be scared you only make yourself stressed and that helps no one our health service is the best and we are lucky we can be looked after without paying. I've complete trust in Mr Harnek Rai every appointment has been a pleasure and I've heard he's very good at what he does and I cannot wait to feel better after all this time.
