i felt comfortable with the doctor and confident with his manner and explanation with what was wrong and how it can be helped. The nurse was also very helpful and made me feel at ease. I will not be worried about any procedure i will have to have in the future.

I liked his direct manner, I felt apprehensive and was reassured by professional yet kind manner I have a habit of summarising an important discussion which he was patient with Feeling nervous I got muddled with what I had to do after my examination and was guided by nurse. I guess my only comment was that could have been a bit clearer I especially felt cared for by having a number to ring and he fact he was willing t discuss some concerns re forhcoming holiday

Both the Consultant and the nurse Jo really did there best to put you at ease. I went for a second opinion after a bad experience with another consultant at a different hospital so was very nervous. I needed have been Mr Rai was clear, concise and answered all my questions before recommending surgery. Thank you

I would 100% recommend Mr Rai. He has a lovely quiet manner, is a very good listener, quietly taking notes and is very easy to talk to. He has been my surgeon previously and were I to need other surgery at any point in the future I would have every confidence in this most excellent consultant. My appointment today was on time, the receptionist and Mr Rae's nursing colleague were polite, respectful and efficient. I left, following my examination, twenty minutes later with a future care plan in place and fully confident that I received the best possible treatment. Thank you Mr Rae and team at our amazing NHS.
