Mr Rai explained my problem to me very clearly, I understood what choices I have and even though a bit upsetting to me, I know I can be helped.
I have been given leaflets to help me understand completely.
The Dr. I saw today for the bladder test, was very kind, clear and explained everything to me step by step.
