Dr Rai was very professional whilst retaining a friendly manner. I felt very nervous going in to see him, but he soon put me at ease whilst discussing what would happen during my visit. He examined me and discussed all my options for treatment. I came out of my consultation feeling hopeful and knowing that I was in good hands. All the staff that day were brilliant and I left feeling that I was in good hands.
