Excellent experience. No one likes operations of any kind, but Mr Gunaratnam Shyamalan immediately puts you at ease. From step one, the first consultation, followed by the appointment booking for the operation in conjunction with the doctor and his secretary. The personal touch is always appreciated. Mr Shyamalan kept in touch throughout the process, even after having the stitches out he advised me to contact him direct if I had any problems or queeries. Altogether a pleasant experience from start to finish.
