I had a trapeziectomy of my left thumb on 21st August this year at Spire Parkway, Solihull as an NHS patient. Mr Shyamalan had previously injected steroids into the joint which had given me pain relief for some months but the pain was getting worse again. The operation went well, my scar is healing, I am doing the exercises and am sure that as time goes by the strength will improve and I will be pain free, all the stages as explained by Mr Shyamalan. Mr Shyamalan is a kind and gentle surgeon, he put me at ease and I trusted him to do his best to help me. I certainly feel he is the best surgeon I was lucky enough to be treated by. Thank you
