This was the most frightening experience of my life. Mr Kounin was brilliant as were all the staff on the 4th floor.
The after care once home is a disgrace. I have NO help and support. I only signed myself out AMA because they changed their minds at the last minute. No one said my punishment was to be left to try and cope. If I had had a fall, they could get out of any involvement. Do they actually care? I don't think so
