I have received an excellent service from Mr Rudol. From my first consultation to procedure to post-op check ups Mr Rudol has been excellent; very professional and knowledgeable, ensuring I had all the information required explained in terms I could understand to make an informed choice. After many years of back pain and weakness in my legs I finally found myself in a situation where I could barely walk or stand. The procedure Mr Rudol completed on the three vertebrae and a disc in my lower spine went well without any complications and has been nothing short of life-changing. Within a few hours of surgery I was up walking. The next morning I was going up and down stairs and able to return home, and a few weeks post op I was enjoying being out walking for an hour plus pain free! I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Rudol and cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for me.

Mr. Rudol has that rare ability to be professional and reassuring with being warm and friendly. He operated on my lower back after years of pain... and this review is being written 6 weeks after he operated and I am not experiencing ANY of my former pain. My journey started with a consultation, then an MRI, and a diagnosis. We tried an injection for my symptoms to see if that might help and when that didn't work I was booked in for the operation. From consultation to op was 6 months and that was lengthened a bit for my schedule. I highly recommend treating back pain with an operation... and if you are lucky enough to get Mr Rudol, you are on your way to regaining your life!

I have a longstanding problem with my spinal health that has entailed multiple surgeries since 1989. In2018 I developed a new episode of low back pain with increasing pain & immobility, especially my left leg. Having met Greg he arranged all relevant diagnostic scans, investigations, nerve blocks etc and was confident that he could address the problem conservatively. We spent some time together exploring options and made a plan. Then came Covid, the pandemic & three lockdowns that caused a further 2 year delay to surgery. By the time he arranged my surgery (2022) my symptoms had worsened but I had full confidence in Greg's plan & intentions. Post surgery - 11+ months - I am increasingly better week by week. He is always available & still very supportive. This is good to know after such extensive surgery. My pain relief is around half preoperative levels and my mobility and stamina are both increasing. Please have confidence in Greg Rudol. He isn't into heroic or risky surgical solutions to your problem - but he will offer you a safe, proven remedy if it's within his power to do so. Kind regards: Preston C.

I had low back spinal surgery under Mr Rudol at LGI. Due to my underlying health conditions Mr Rudol had to contact my haematologist to discuss that there would be no contraindications on preforming the surgery. He explained the procedure and the expected outcome. The surgery has been successful and I would recommend Mr Rudol.

I saw Mr Rudol privately at Spire Roundhay Leeds approximately 2 years ago.I had been suffering with severe back pain since November 2015 which restricted my day to day life.I couldn't walk more than 50 yards or stand for more than 5 minutes without being in severe pain in my back and sciatica all the way down my right leg to my foot.Prior to seeing Mr Rudol I had x-rays & MRI scans.I had also had physio, strong painkillers & pain blocking injections into my spine without any success.During my consultation with Mr Rudol he advised that spinal fusion was the best option. He explained fully the risks of surgery.I agreed to have the surgery so he placed me on the NHS waiting list.In October 2022 I had spinal fusion Surgery at the LGI.10 months on from the surgery I am back to normal living pain free & I can walk & cycle & swim totally pain free.My surgery has been 100% successful & therefore advise this surgery to anyone who is offered it.Mr Rudol explained everything professionally and in detail and answered all my questions. I entered into my surgery 100% confident with Mr Rudol & he gave me my active life back.Thank you so much Mr Rudol to you & your team . Gregory Stewart
