I suffered a subarachnoid brain haemorrhage due to a large aneurysm and Mr Flint operated on me , clipping the aneurysm . I have had a fantastic recovery, leading a normal life for almost 22 years thanks to his amazing skills and those of my anaesthetist Dr Nigel Huggins. I shall be eternally grateful for their fabulous care. Thank you Toni Allison now aged 75

Mr Flint is incredibly patient-centred. I was lucky enough to work with him at the QE in Birmingham when he often referred complex patients with psychological issues related to their neurological conditions. He was able to hold an awareness of the body and its interaction with the psychological adjustment and I was consistently impressed by his ability to work with each individual in a bespoke way. I have no hesitation in recommending him. I am sure that he will be greatly missed and I am sure his contribution to my own learning has helped me to improve the lives of people with complex conditions.

Having worked with Graham Flint for nearly 5 years as a Consultant colleague, I have no hesitation to say that he is a brilliant Neurosurgeon, with an extremely caring vary experienced, and empathetic attitude towards his colleagues, the juniors he trained and the nursing staff. Following his recent retirement, he will certainly leave an unforgettable legacy enriched by his charm, generous attitude, his clinical work, the researches he published as well as the charities he supervised for many years. He will certainly be missed by his colleagues at work and the patients and he looked after fo so many years.
