I had bilateral hernia surgery in September 23, performed by Mr Khera. I was fortunate to get this surgery at short notice and the pre and post op care received at the Montefiore hospital in Hove was fantastic. With regard to the surgery and support received from Mr Khera, this was great - immediately post op, I was struggling to walk 300 steps in a day - 6 months later I was hurtling down a mountain and skiing over 20 miles in a day and with no pain or side effects.

I had a private consultation with Mr Khera after being given an estimated NHS waiting time of 2 years for constant pain thought to be due to adhesions from previous surgeries. My life was completely on hold due to severe pain. Mr Khera was very professional and kind and I felt he really listened to me and genuinely wanted to help me. I was listed tor surgery quickly and everything was explained and all my questions answered, nothing was too much trouble. Thankfully I am all sorted and on the road to recovery. I am eternally grateful for his help and kindness. I would recommend him 100%.

After beautifully removing my appendix by minimally invasive surgery in March 2019, Goldie then performed my Gall bladder removal in June 2019. He was kind, caring, professional at all stages of the procedure, and at my request, I was home the same day after the 2 and a half hour surgery. "Aftercare" was comprehensive and supportive, and my scars minimal. 2 years later I can barely see them, which is quite amazing considering this was the second surgery I had with Goldie in less than 4 months. Outstanding surgeon, and understanding human being. Highly recommended - Don't hesitate to consult him.

I have had fabulous care and skilled surgery by Mr Kheira carried out under the private healthcare system. An intended laparoscopic procedure for a bilateral inguinal hernia operation turned into full surgery when adhesions were found. Before the operation Mr Kheira had explained clearly that this may be the case. As the adhesions were caused by a suspected appendicitis I had a follow up appendectomy operation a couple of months later. This was carried out laparoscopically and which also dealt with the adhesions. Mr Kheira has at all times explained the situation clearly and outlined the risks, rates of success and extent of recovery required. He has a fabulous manner which fills you with confidence and from my experience I would certainly recommend his care to anyone.

I had bilateral inguinal hernia and umblical hernia repair combined with gastroscopy. Mr Khera was very clear in his treatment advice and both helpful and patient with my decision to go ahead and have the surgery combined in one operation. Clearly, experienced and knowledgeable, he did not hide the possible recurrence rate or adverse effects of the surgery. I would hope to be treated by him in the future if I have further problems.
