Mr Warner was keen to explain my treatment in terms I could understand, going as far as to draw me a diagram of what my issue was and how he intended to treat it.
He talked me through the procedure, describing the sounds and sensations I should expect and offering reassurance that I could halt it at any time.
The procedure was performed quickly, with the minimum of discomfort.
He was consumately professional throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family.
