Thank you Dr Ellis for all you done for me.
In May 2023, Dr. Ellis performed a successful Holep procedure for my enlarged prostate. The two operations proved challenging, but Mr Ellis’ skill, reassurance, experience and cool head made sure it was a complete success and life changing for me. 7 months later, I am completely recovered now and better than I have been for many years without the need for any medication. For that I am very grateful to Mr Ellis for his positive bedside manner and clear explanation of my situation and choices throughout this journey. This put me at ease when things didn’t look good at the time. I would without hesitation recommend Mr Ellis and this team to any patient who was in a similar daunting situation that I was in a year ago.
I found him friendly and respectful. He had a calm and reassuring manner and I felt listened to.
Mr Ellis listened to my concerns with a patient centred approach. We agreed a good way forward.
If you only see one consultant urological surgeon this year, make it this one!
Gidon had a really nice manner, was courteous and explained my procedure really carefully and clearly. He really put me at ease.
