Despite being very nervous at the idea of actually going through with a breast augmentation, I couldn’t have been more reassured by Jayne and Mr Lambe from the very first phone calls and appointments. I felt very well informed at every stage and that I could ring and ask questions at any point. The 3D images really helped with making my decision on sizes etc. I was very well looked after at HCA and felt in very safe hands at all times. I highly recommend Mr Lambe and his team.

Jayne is the most friendly lady you could hope to liaise with. She’ll put you at ease immediately and organise everything, offering plenty of giggles along the way :) Mr Lambe is approachable, professional and incredibly efficient. The procedure was far easier and quicker than I’d expected. I was very comfortable throughout thanks to Adelina who deserves a special mention. She managed to keep me chatting which was a welcome distraction, she’s very kind and genuine. Adelina has also offered very useful and practical tips for my aftercare. I highly recommend Mr Lambe and his team. If you take note of their professional advice for recovery you’ll no doubt have a brilliant experience too.

Bi Lateral Upper Bleparoplasty - Having carefully considered which surgeon and clinic to approach, upon speaking with Jayne I immediately felt in safe hands. Mr Lambe explained the procedure and the predicted outcome with care and consideration. Post surgery Mr Lambe was quick to reply to any questions I had and with Jayne checking in on me nothing was too much trouble. Twelve months post surgery my tiny scars are unnoticeable. As a very nervous patient I knew breast augmentation surgery was always going to be daunting but I could not recommend Dr Lambe and Reflect Clinic enough. Jayne was very helpful in booking me in with my limited diary. The consultation was very thorough and informative. Being able to look at the 3D images at home was very useful in choosing my size also. I was very nervous on surgery day but my surgeons were calming and all the staff at HCA were incredible at looking after me before and after the op. I have wanted this procedure since I was 19 and for one reason or another I told myself it was not necessary and I could deal with the discomfort and pain when I ‘got trapped’ Fast forward 17 years, the end of a 16 year relationship and suddenly another feeling hit me alongside the pain and discomfort- a complete lack of self confidence. I hated down there so much that although I am nowhere near ready to move on following my separation, I wondered if I would ever be able or confident enough to. I first called Jayne on 24th October. I told her I was going on holiday in 11 weeks and I wanted to feel confident in a skimpy bikini without worrying about the ‘bulge’ and I also explained how important the surgery would be both emotionally and physically for my well-being. Great experience from start to finish! Mr Lambe put me at ease from the moment I met him at my consultation! The day of my Op went smoothly and couldn’t have asked for anything more he was great!
