I had a meeting last night with Mr Kelly and he provided me with very good information and was extremely committed to making sure that I undertook a relevant scan.

Mr Kelly as being my consultant for over 12 years now.
I have suffered with ear problems for a very long time and was very poorly with constant ear infections, dizziness and terrific headaches before seeing him.
Dr Kelly takes his time to listen to me and explains everything medically that he feels is necessary in my treatment and care plan.
He is very professional and dedicated ENT Consultant and I feel very privileged that he became my consultant.

Mr Kelly was very helpful with my longstanding problems with my sinuses. Although I initially felt I needed an operation he was not convinced and advised me to have a scan first which I did. The scan confirmed that I did not indeed require an operation. Mr Kelly also checked that my problem was not caused by infections in my teeth.
Mr Kelly then prescribed a steroid nasal spray for 3 months and this has proved extremely effective.
So as a patient I ended up with a relatively straight forward solution to a problem that has affected my quality of life for many years.
I am extremely grateful to Mr Kelly and I cannot recommend him more highly.

Gerard Kelly is a Consultant ENT surgeon in Leeds, he specialises in otology, neuro-otology and sinus surgery and treats both adults and children. He works in Leeds General Infirmary in NHS practice. He qualified in 1990 and became a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1994. He trained in Glasgow, Edinburgh, London and Manchester. He became a consultant ENT and skull base surgeon in 2001, in Leeds.
In private practice her works in the Spire Hospital, Leeds and The Leeds Nuffield Hospital. He sees only private patients in the private sector (whereas some consultants see both NHS and private patients in private hospitals). He is a member of the council of the British Society of Otology (BSO, part of ENTUK) and runs the BSO balance course.
He has an MD (Docorate of Medicine) and an MEd (Masters of Education degree) as well as his primary medical degree.
