Mr Kelly was my GP’s choice for my referral.my GP was right. Mr Kelly listened to me, was kind and compassionate. He clearly understood and believes in shared decision making. Most importantly he gave me confidence in his skills. It was so lovely having someone listen to me and feel that he could help. I know I will get the best care possible.

I have seen Me Kelly on several occasions now over the past 15 years and could not be happier with the care received. He immediately puts you at ease with his kind and reassuring manner and takes time to fully explain the issue, any procedures required and to answer any questions you might have. He is also happy to answer any further questions via email following the appointment. It makes such a difference to see someone who is both incredibly knowledgeable but at the same time very reassuring. I always recommend Mr Kelly to any friends or family with ENT conditions and all have agreed that the level of care provided is excellent.

Following an MRI for reduced hearing in my left ear, I saw Mr Kelly again at the Spire, Leeds, for the results. I was diagnosed with an acoustic neuroma. I had never heard of this condition, but Mr Kelly explained everything in straight forward terms, with patience, understanding and empathy. He outlined clearly the treatment options, advising what he thought was the best initial course of action. He also referred my case to the local MDT for feedback. Mr Kelly understood that I may have additional questions, once I had absorbed all the information and provided his email address. I emailed a couple of days later and received a quick, clear and comprehensive reply. Thank you Mr Kelly for your care in what has been a scary time for me.

Dr Kelly was thorough in his questioning and took time to listen and clarify. His explanations were clear and he provided a comprehensive set of options regarding how to proceed with my care. He explored the issue within the context of my life which I was impressed by, and he took time to learn more about me following the examination. His manner was friendly and comforting which put me at ease. His communication has been prompt and helpful.
