I saw Mr Kelly recently regarding an issue with my ear that had been causing me quite some distress and impacting on my life. I was grateful for the time he spent with me asking questions and taking an interest without feeling rushed, and also allowing me to ask questions which helped me to understand what is going on and where to go from here. Mr Kelly explained everything to me that he was doing and what he thought about what was going on, and has provided opportunity after my appointment to ask further questions, which I have really valued while I have processed what we discussed. I also appreciated that he told me straight his assessment of the situation and prognosis, although not in an unkind manner.
