Outstanding service from start to finish to perform an Endoscopic tympanoplasty procedure on my left ear. I was fully informed of all aspects of the procedure and my aftercare and outpatients appointments were very thorough, with a no rush and attentive staff.
I thank Mr Kelly for not only improving my hearing with the procedure but also his professional manner and care throughout.
As a professional musician I am once again able to return to my job, with an added bonus of not suffering ongoing ear infections.
