Having been quite concerned about my sons hearing for a little while, I booked an appointment to see Mr Kelly at Spire, Leeds. He welcomed us in straight away when we arrived (he was very prompt) and listened to my concerns.
He checked my sons ears, and it was decided instantly to remove the wax that was lodged deep inside. He was so calm and made my little boy (and I) feel at ease. He showed my little boy what he would be doing so he wasn’t scared and described the process as like a little hoover and showed him on his hand beforehand. After he had removed the wax, he performed a small hearing test to ensure there was no hearing impairment.
Mr Kelly was so reassuring throughout the appointment and I was so grateful for that as I had been a bit anxious. I would most definitely recommend Mr Kelly for any treatment, and most definitely would not hesitate to return back.
