I booked a consultation with Dr Georgios at 111 Harley Street for a breast uplift procedure this July. I wanted to ensure my operation was conducted by the best, therefore Dr Georgios was the third and last accredited surgeon I saw as he had by far the best before/after results I had seen and most importantly he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed which I hadn't experienced in previous consultations. Dr Georgois went through all the possible options for me to consider for my breast uplift procedure and explained whether my desired results were realistic. We had a great rapport and I booked my surgery the same day for a early op in August. I remember being extremely nervous on the day of my operation but the entire team, especially Dr Georgios and the anesthetist calmed me down and rest assured me before heading to theatre. Dr Georgios was amazing from start to finish and I knew I had made the right decision and was in the very best hands. I am now at 6 weeks post op and I can not reiterate enough how happy I am with my results. My desired results were met and exceeded! I cannot thank Dr Georgios and his lovely team enough for everything they have done for me. He is the very best and I would recommend time and time again.

Georgios Orfaniotis and his team provided excellent care. He came highly recommended and I would be happy to share this assessment with family and friends. I chose to work with Mr Orfaniotis for the removal of a lipoma in the neck area. I was pleasantly surprised by the swiftness with which we were able to proceed and I'm very happy with the result. Above all, I was impressed with Mr Orfaniotis' responsiveness in the aftermath of the surgery and the level of aftercare he provided. Both him and his assistant followed up several times to ensure the wound was healing as expected and provided advice via email. I found this remarkable especially given the relatively minor nature of the intervention when compared with the much more complex surgeries Mr Orfaniotis also carries out. Overall, a very competent and pleasant team – highly recommended!

I booked a consultation at the beginning of lockdown in March/April for a breast implant removal and had a Skype call with Dr Georgios. Even though the call was over Skype I still felt very comfortable and Dr Georgios answered all my concerns and made me aware of any challenges I might face physically/mentally after the explant surgery. I was sent lots of information regarding surgery and after care and I kept in touch with Abi throughout it all and any of my questions I had along the way were answered. The care in the hospital was great and everyone was so lovely and made sure I was comfortable. The explant surgery went really well and Dr Georgios saw me after to explain how it all went and to make sure I was okay. I am so happy with the results and so happy to have had Dr Georgios do a great job. Thank you!

I was referred to a local plastic surgeon by the excellent dermatologist I saw in Hertfordshire to have a small skin lesion removed from my lower leg. While no doubt a competent professional I wanted to make sure I was seen by the most qualified physician available. After doing my own research I identified Georgios as the most competent for the procedure. From the outset my contact with Lian, his medical secretary, was nothing short of outstanding and this theme was maintained from start to finish in every contact and interaction I had with the two of them. I made the first contact the day after seeing the dermatologist and Lian managed to schedule the consultation and procedure back to back the following day. Georgios was everything one could have wished for as a patient; his knowledge and experience was second to none and his ability to communicate with me as a patient matched that. He managed to get the histology results back in the matter of a few days and called me up in person to share those findings with me. I could not recommend Georgios and Lian higher. I saw them for the initial consultation and procedure, as well as the follow up two weeks later, at HCA The Shard, right next to London Bridge station, and was very impressed with the whole experience.

I booked a consultation with Dr Georgios at the Harley Street Clinic for breast reduction surgery. As this is a big procedure, I wanted to make sure that I booked in with the best; even though this meant traveling down from Nottingham each time. I was so relieved when I met Dr Georgios as he reassured me about any fears I had and made me feel at ease. We looked at some before and after pictures of work he had previously performed and I was really pleased with the results. He was very honest about possible side effects from. The surgery which I appreciated. On the day of the surgery he came to meet me and measure up and again put any fears I had at bay. After the surgery he came to check on me and offer aftercare advice for the next few weeks until the 1 month post op review. I'm now 11 and a half weeks post op and I can't believe how well I'm healing. My scars are very neat and some are beginning to fade. Overall, I'm much happier with the shape and size of my breasts.
