I had major jaw reconstruction with a fibular free flap carried out by mr Georgios. I am extremely glad and greatful I found this man to do my surgery. I am an extremely nervous patient however his impeccable bedside manners put me at ease and I allowed for the surgery to commence. He answered all my questions and the surgery was done with an amazing outcome. I could not recommend Georgios enough. He is very reassuring and does amazing work! I trusted him with my life and am pleased to say I was 100% safe. Thank you Georgios for everything!

ound the whole experience with Dr Orfaniotis very smooth and transparent. I originally enquired about a breast uplift, this was due to losing a big amount of weight and being left with excess skin. During my consultation we discussed my options, and he explained that with an uplift I may not be left with the results I was looking for - I would lack volume in my chest, as it was very flat. He recommended I do some research and make sure I was 100% sure before proceeding, and gave me the information I needed to do so. After I looked into it I decided to proceed with implants along with an uplift, to get the results I was wanting. We discussed implant size and I went with a relatively small implant, as I was wanting volume and shape over a fuller bust. The actual surgery went as smoothly as possible, the hospital was clean and modern and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. Once I woke up from the surgery I felt groggy and sore however the pain was nowhere near what I had anticipated. After around a week from surgery I had absolutely no discomfort which was astounding. I was recommended around 8 weeks recovery time but felt back to normal after just a couple of weeks. I have had a couple of check ups since and we are both incredibly happy with the results. The scars are starting to fade already (10 weeks post op now) and they are looking more and more natural by the day. They completely feel and look like they always belonged to my body and fit my frame well I believe. I am excited to see how the scars will continue to fade, but I am already so happy with the results. I would whole heartedly recommend Dr Orfaniotis for surgery as he was very helpful, concise and honest, along with giving me the results I was looking for from my surgery.

On meeting Dr Orfaniotis I found him very warm and charming . A very professional and passionate individual. I asked about his medical background and history which he answered all questions without hesitation. He then spent time in explaining the procedure, what best would suit my needs and how best to obtain these results. The positives and negatives were explained in detail ....and once the consultation was over there was no pressure to go ahead which I found very reassuring. I have waited 20 years and two different consultations with other clinics later, I felt at ease and very confident that I made a decision to go ahead. Dr Georgios came to see me straight after my surgery and told me that surgery went very well and that he was very happy with the procedure. On discharge he made sure that post care was once again explained and that I had all the medication and garments needed. He also assured me that if any time I needed advice or needed to pop back that it wasn’t a problem. I was anxious and worried about this procedure as it is a fairly big surgery but from start to finish I have found this journey a very easy one simply because Dr Georgious has walked me through it step by step . He is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work and won’t accept anything less ... trustworthy and reliable! I would highly recommend Dr Georgious Orfaniotis and his team for any cosmetic procedure .... your definitely in safe hands and he will ensure that you are well looked after with fantastic results!!

I came to Mr Orfaniotis, (on the recommendation of a friend) after two years of unsatisfactory treatment from doctors at my local district hospital, for what should have been the straightforward removal of a BCC from my forehead and hairline. By the time I referred myself to Mr Orfaniotis the situation needed addressing quite urgently. From the moment I met Mr Orfaniotis I felt reassured. I had done my research and knew I had come to one of the best plastic surgeons in London. His assessment of the situation was detailed and he was able to explain clearly what needed to be done and the approach he would take. On his advice the BCC was removed by a dermatologist specialising in MOHS procedure. Mr Orfaniotis then treated and repaired the resulting wound (hole) in my head with plastic surgery.This included the use of ‘Matriderm’ to ensure there was no dip in my skin where the skin graft was. Not only was he an excellent plastic surgeon technically, but he also showed great empathy. This was important as I was extremely apprehensive about both the surgery itself and the outcome following the surgery, as it would be so visible in the middle of my hairline. He understood my anxiety and was able to keep me calm and confident throughout the whole process. I was also impressed by the care taken during the follow up consultations, to ensure that everything progressed as it should following the operation. The final result is as good as Mr Orfaniotis said it would be. The Matriderm ensured there is no ‘dip’ in my skin where the skin graft is, his technical expertise means that you cannot see where the plastic surgery starts and my own skin ends. After two years of unsatisfactory treatment elsewhere I am thankful that I was treated by Mr Orfaniotis, and grateful for the skill with which he handled my case. Hilary Wright, October 2020

I had a breast augmentation performed by Dr Orfaniotis about 6 weeks ago, and since then my physical appearance and my self-esteem has been completely transformed, I now have the body I wish I was born with, my breasts are extremely well proportioned in regards to my small frame and look extremely natural, this is even more commendable in light of the fact that my breasts were noticeably asymmetrical and had almost no breast tissue to work with. Not only do I recommend him for his abilities as a surgeon, but as a person he made me very comfortable with the procedure and responded to all my queries and concerns, the consultation was worth definitely paying for. I have no complaints to share, as this was a definitively positive experience that I will always be happy I paid for.
