I have had three consultations with Mr Fragkiadakis over the last year with regards to ENT symptoms that I have been experiencing. The first time was for a second opinion following a stressful experience with my local NHS hospital. I found in all three appointments that Mr Fragkiadakis is very thorough and knowledgeable in his area and really takes the time to listen carefully. He is also very attentive and informative and I am thankful for all his help and advice, without which I would probably have had to endure an unnecessary operation.

I have what turned out to be a cyst on my thyroid. I saw Mr Fragkiadakis a few weeks ago. He immediately put me at my ease and I found him an excellent listener. He explained that they would aspirate the cyst but if it returned it would need removal, which is the case now. I will need surgery but I feel confident in his skill as well as his ability to put patients at ease. He is a credit to the NHS.

I was diagnosed with Thyroid cancer in November 2018 and had thyroidectomy December 4th. A three hour surgery turned into a six hour surgery as the cancer was quite extensive and there needed to be a vascular surgeon called in as well. Dr Fragkiadakis was honest and upfront from day one and very supportive through my hospital stay. I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring surgery in his field. Sincerely, Margaret Floyd

I received an operation under Dr Fragkiadakis in December, 2016 at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary. From start to finish he was an absolute professional and made me as a patient feel very comfortable amid the usual stress of having to go under general anesthesia. He is an absolute credit the our NHS. I am also highly satisfied with the results of the procedure.
