Excellent Doctor with great communication skills and a great team around him. Saved my 16 year old life who had a Large brain tumour in one of the worst places to have one. Mr samandouras and he’s team successful removed and my son is on he’s way to recovery can not thank them enough.

Mr George Samandouras is a world-renowned Consultant Neurosurgeon and a respected authority in complex brain tumour surgery. His practice primarily operates at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in Queen Square, London, which is part of the University College London Hospitals (UCLH) NHS Foundation Trust, regularly ranked among the top neurosurgery hospitals in the world and being a part of the largest Academic Health Science Centre in Europe, UCL Partners. He also provides treatments to patients at the world-renowned Queen Square (Gamma Knife) Radiosurgery Centre.

Mr Samandouras specializes in managing various domains of complex brain tumours, including gliomas in critical parts of the brain, intraventricular tumours, posterior fossa, fourth ventricle and brainstem tumours, and pineal region tumours. With more than 30 years of experience, Mr Samandouras works alongside with a skilled multidisciplinary team of highly specialized professionals, including neuroradiologists and MRI physicists who report on functional and multiparametric neuroimaging, specialized neurologists, intraoperative neurophysiologists, neuropsychologists, speech and language therapists, and physiotherapists.
