My first impression of Dr Fusneica was that he was friendly while being professional at the same time and he made me feel comfortable straight away. I suffer from anxiety so to be in a place full of people - strangers, in an environment that can be hectic and distressing made me feel agitated and really unwell. He answered every question I had without making me feel like I was taking up too much of his time and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. Within an hour of being referred to Dr Fusneica in the A&E department I was being discharged with the answers I should have had days before. I do believe it was his persistence in finding out the cause of my problems (a kidney stone that was causing me a lot of pain and upset for nearly two weeks!) I would still be waiting in A&E now. In my opinion you should have more doctors like him. He made me feel like he was genuinely interested and concerned in what I was going through and finding the cause of the pain and anguish I was suffering - which is what you want in a doctor when you're in such a vulnerable state. Thank you so much x
